Cancelation & Payment Policy

We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day before, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:

    1.    If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

    2.    In case of a no-show or being over 20 minutes late, the client is required to pay 100% of the service cost, as the time was reserved specifically for them.

    3.    Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a permanent block from future bookings.

4. If you wish to restore your ability to book future appointments, you must pay 100% of the cost for any missed appointments.

At our studio, we value your time and are committed to providing each client with high-quality service in a comfortable environment. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to everyone, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and payment policy:

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

    •    Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

    •    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance), made through the Square Appointments system, will be charged 100% of the service cost.

    •    Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will also be charged in full.

Valid Reasons for Cancellation or No‑Show

If you are feeling unwell—such as having a high fever or other symptoms of illness—please send a text message to notify your technician that you won’t be able to attend your appointment.

We ask that you notify us as early as possible, at any time of day, but no later than 3 hours before your scheduled time, so the technician doesn’t wait unnecessarily and can adjust their schedule.

If you notify me about your illness too late and I’m already waiting for you without receiving any message or update, a 100% charge for the booked service will apply.

Please respect others’ time — timely cancellations or rescheduling allow me to offer the spot to another client.

For all other cases, including personal emergencies or life events, cancellations or no‑shows will be charged in full, regardless of the reason.

No-Show Protection & Card Policy

    •    When booking your appointment, you’ll be asked to provide your card information as part of our no-show protection policy.

    •    Charges will only apply in the following situations:

    •    You do not show up for your appointment;

    •    You cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance;

    •    You reschedule on the same day as the appointment.

    •    The cancellation fee may be charged within 14 days of the original appointment date.

    •    Your card details are secure and confidential—we do not see or store your information directly.

Late Arrival

    •    If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will only be able to offer a basic nude gel or base coat.

    •    Nail designs, extensions, and repairs will not be provided due to time limitations.

Removal of Work Done by Another Technician

    •    If your previous manicure was done by another technician, removal of the existing product is required.

    •    The removal service will incur an additional $30 charge, which will be added to the service of your choice.

Recommended age for applying gel and gel polish

The recommended age for applying gel polish or gel on nails usually starts at 16 years old. However, this may vary depending on the condition of the nails and skin. For teenagers under 16, it’s important to consider individual factors such as nail strength and skin sensitivity. Nails should be healthy, without bruises, open wounds, or cuts. It is strongly advised to consult with and be accompanied by parents or guardians, and it's also essential to have a consultation with the nail technician.

I recommend starting to apply gel and gel polish from 18 years old to avoid potential damage to the nail plate at a younger age. A hygienic manicure without gel or gel polish can be done at any age. I use only high-quality materials and adhere to the proper manicure techniques to minimize the risk of nail damage.

Payment Methods:

Wonder Women Nails Studio accepts Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with credit/debit card, you will be asked to pay Square Point of Sale fee of 6% from the total service charge.

Video Surveillance in the Studio

For your safety and mine, video surveillance is in use in the studio.

To maintain a safe, transparent, and professional environment for all clients, a security camera is installed in the workspace.

📷 The camera records video only — no audio recording is used.

🎥 All footage is stored securely and is used exclusively for safety and service quality purposes.

By entering the studio, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded on video (without audio).
